The Consulate of the Republic of Chad in Nairobi is pleased to announce the launch of its Online Appointment Booking System, now available through the Citizen Portal at consulateofchadinkenya.com/portal.
The new system allows applicants to schedule appointments for all consular services — including visa submissions, passport applications, document legalisations, and civil status registrations — from anywhere in East Africa, at any time of day.

Walk-in submissions will continue to be accepted on a limited basis from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, Monday to Friday. However, online appointments will be given priority at all counters.
