The Consulate of the Republic of Chad in Nairobi wishes to inform all visa applicants that a revised fee schedule will take effect from 1 April 2026.
The new fees have been aligned with the schedule issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Integration, and International Cooperation of the Republic of Chad, and apply to all visa categories processed by this Consulate.
Summary of Changes
- Tourist Visa (Single Entry): USD 50 → USD 60
- Tourist Visa (Multiple Entry): USD 80 → USD 100
- Business Visa (Single Entry): USD 75 → USD 90
- Express Processing Surcharge: USD 50 → USD 60
- Transit and Student visa fees remain unchanged
Applications submitted before 1 April 2026 will be processed at the current fee schedule, provided the full application is received and payment made before that date. Applications submitted on or after 1 April 2026 will be subject to the new schedule.
