📋 Bring all required documents for your service on the day.

⏰ Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time.

❌ Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

🔁 You may reschedule once, at least 24 hours before your slot.

💵 Fees are payable in cash (USD or KES) on the day.

📵 Mobile phones must be silent inside the Consulate.
