Important Information
Payment Methods
All fees must be paid in cash (USD or KES) at the Consulate. We do not accept card payments, M-Pesa, or bank transfers. Fees are non-refundable.
Document Requirements
Bring originals and photocopies of all required documents. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Documents in languages other than French, Arabic, or English must be accompanied by a certified translation.
Walk-ins vs Appointments
Walk-in applications are accepted Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM only. We strongly recommend booking an online appointment to guarantee your slot.

Some services can be initiated online through our Citizen Portal. Upload documents, track application status, and book appointments from anywhere in East Africa.
