The Consulate operates a 24-hour emergency line for Chadian nationals facing genuine emergencies in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, or South Sudan. Emergency services include assistance with lost or stolen passports, emergency travel documents, liaison with local authorities, and notification of next of kin.
