Chadian nationals living in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and South Sudan can apply for, renew, or replace their Chadian passport through the Consulate in Nairobi. Applications are submitted to the Direction Générale des Affaires Consulaires in N'Djamena for processing and issuance.

How to Apply — Step by Step

Book Appointment
Schedule an appointment via our online portal or by phone.

Submit Documents
Present all required documents at the Consulate counter.

Biometric Capture
Your photograph and fingerprints will be captured on-site.

Processing
Application is forwarded to N'Djamena for issuance (4–8 weeks).

Collection
Collect your passport at the Consulate when notified.
